Clash of the Seasons
Clash of the Seasons
The rains keep falling
As the thunder rocks
I hear you calling
From the aftershock
Rivers are flowing
Like a waterfall
The winds are blowing
All the trees so tall
Lightning is flashing
In the sky so high
Seasons are clashing
With the battle cry
Animals fleeing
Screaming with terror
The birds are pleading
To the torchbearer
Sounds of the silence
Penetrates the air
The very calmness
Another nightmare
Out of the calmness
It finally appears
Out of the stillness
It's coming so near
Terror is coming
Winds mighty and strong
Winter is grumbling
Won't last for too long
Here for one minute
And gone by the next
Can not believe it
The havoc it wrecks
Huge trees on the ground
Once mighty and strong
Then comes the sound
Of birds and their songs
What we just witnessed
No words can describe
We feel we're so blessed
To just be alive
