You searched your pocket,
that money
you did feel?
I asked
"what are you doing?"
as you turned the car around.
You told me
to return that money
overpaid you, you found.
I said
"no dad, it
belongs to you."
You said
"no, that man
has a job to do."
You told me
he may have
a family to feed,
If you kept
this money, he could be fired,
then, they all have a need.
I was
so proud of you,
as you taught me that day.
I was just a teen,
but that
teaching has stayed
with me, along the way.
I still see the face
of that man, as he thanked you
for coming back.
You taught me
that day,
we must never be slack.
Remember when
you asked the question
of Jacob wrestling with the Lord?
As I searched the word,
I whispered, "Lord give me
Your answer, that would strike a cord."
You were pleased
with the
answer, I gave you that day.
You told me
it was the best
you heard,
in that way.
That was the Lord
speaking to you
that day,
Dad.
In myself,
I could have never
opened your eyes to see
that, it made you feel glad.
My desire was to bless you,
something
as a child,
you did not receive.
I prayed God
would touch you,
heal you and show you
the way to believe.
His Word says,
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ
and thou shalt be saved."
I gave you the words
the Lord gave me, in order
His road for you, He would pave.
I still pray
this, for our family,
the rest of that verse says "and thy house."
All these many years,
I have stood, believing
God, my family, He does souse.

Acts 16:25-31
25 And at midnight
Paul and Silas prayed,
and sang praises unto God:
and the prisoners heard them.
26 And suddenly
there was a great earthquake,
so that the foundations
of the prison were shaken:
and immediately all the doors
were opened, and
every one's bands were loosed.
27 And the keeper of the prison awaking
out of his sleep, and seeing
the prison doors open,
he drew out his sword, and would
have killed himself,
supposing that the prisoners
had been fled.
28 But Paul cried with
a loud voice,
saying, Do thyself no harm:
for we are all here.
29 Then he called for a light,
and sprang in, and came trembling,
and fell down before Paul and Silas,
30 And brought them out,
and said, Sirs, what must I do
to be saved?
31 And they said,
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,
and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Thank you, for your beautiful anointed music.
