 Hands Of Time

* * * Never underestimate the power of belief! * * *

SultryRose's Signatures

You fled when need was at its peak,
comfort for soothing never-ending distress,
lingered as the hands of time paused in silence,
sensing the worse, of reaching rock bottom.

The needle on the compass is dissolving,
whether north or south, east or west,
No matter.....
without focus, one cannot journey.

Loss of hope, unable to kneel and pray,
yet,  believing faith will bestow,
if not today, then hopefully tomorrow,
and not wander in a zone of dissolution.

Being creative in so many ways,
yearning for lust for life once had,
downloading vitality, outlasts the emptiness,
must cease to upload, and leave room to covet.

Sorrow, one does not seek of thee,
Just wish to be able and flee,
from the growing rock within,
empowering comfort in its nest.

Belief from ones held dearest to heart,
come to a closure, with their neglect,
no will to beg for that morsel of bread,
for they dwell in a troubled manor.

My wish to you is to believe in oneself,
for peace and harmony is not gifted,
tis something only you can mediate,
control your own compass as you navigate.

Must go back and fulfil your own needs,
should you have to crawl, rise and climb out,
stop denial to your own prejudice for justice.
and lessen your way to detect the hands of time.
