Mickey Jackson

Me and Mickey Jackson slurping numerous Pils
And me and Mickey Jackson sharing common ills
But me and Mickey Jackson led a very different life
Though we'd both in love with Mickey Jackson's wife
But Mickey Jackson won her because he'd loved her first
So here was Mickey Jackson helping me quench a thirst
And Mrs Mickey Jackson never ever loved me
Though she did on occasion let me stay for tea
And she really didn't mind at least she didn't I think
That me and Mickey Jackson enjoyed the occasional drink
And then Mickey Jackson one night so wild and free
Went and bent his car on a big old roadside tree
When they got us out we both got it in the neck
Cos Mickey Jackson's car was a proper total wreck
We were both just so grateful to survive
Me and Mickey Jackson glad to be alive
Just a few cuts and bruises and the odd lump
Quite a lucky escape from a quite nasty bump
Then Mrs Mickey Jackson brought things to a head
Said me and Mickey Jackson could soon end up dead
So she brought most of our wild drinking to an end
But me and Mickey Jackson stayed the best of friends
And every so often Mickey Jackson and me
Would still enjoy the odd Pils or two or three
But we always drank with exaggerated deference and care
Cos Mrs Mickey Jackson ensured she was always there
