 End Of The Rainbow

End of the Rainbow

 Mountain scenes of beauty unfold
And a rainbow wanders through,
I know, my love, that I have found
My "pot of gold" in you.

The first moment that you touched me
Your eyes shining through your smile.
Sent rivers coursing through my heart,
They have flowed there all the while.

You gave me strength by caring,
You gave me hope by sharing,
You gave me love, preparing
Me to melt into your embrace.

You gave your heart so completely,
You shared your spirit so sweetly,
I fit in your arms so neatly,
Between us, there wasn't any space.

I pledge my whole life to you
May that rainbow always wander through
These days and years I spend with you
Heart to heart, and face to face.

Till the mountain scenes of Heaven unfold
And you and I together can behold
God's Promise in colors that foretold
Of the Love that we shared so bold.

 Mountain scenes of beauty unfold
And a rainbow wanders through,
I know, my love, that I have found
My "pot of gold" in you.
