…Assuming…Things happen in life that are unfair! And I am never one to presume, But it hurts when hurtful things are said; Nor never have I, or will I assume! *** But *** As we go through life things occur, Things that hurt and things unfair. We see the things that hurt us so, And open our mouth to let that hurt go. We see something from which was denied, That would have improved a life, So we say how it is, tell what we see, Let out that thing so-called; strife. But it doesn't mean we are awful, For letting it be known how we feel, Especially if it‘s upsetting to us, Because heartache is very real! When you wait for something- And that wait is four years long, To have that done, after you are gone, That's very hurtful and wrong! No matter what that is!
