I'm Wandering All Over The Place!I'm wandering all over the place, Oh now is my tale of woe! One thing about my bad health, There are plenty of poems to show! Cos for every test and every trial, There's a poem somewhere about! Cos I love words ya know! Of that there is no doubt! So anyway, where was I? Oh, yep, my tale of woe again! Well this time, it's me eye! And it's driving me insane! So off I went to the optician, To tell my little tale, So he decided to check it out, Now I'm in trouble again! ‘You've got a wandering eye!' He said, Well blimey, I didn't know did I! All I knew was I couldn't see straight! All because of me flippin' eye! ‘So what does that mean?' I asked, ‘Hmmm, I'm not sure just yet, So we'll have to do a special test! But you're stuck with what you get!' Now how did I know he'd say that? Well then, I shall tell you true; Cos my track record, it has to be said; Would be the death of you! But because I'm tough and stubborn, God doesn't cut me much slack, In fact, I have to say it; The wall's often against my back! So anyway, the eye thing, Well you see; the problem I have… Is that I'm losing the vision, Now isn't that too bad! So the eye is wandering all over the place, Cos the muscles are all a mess, But I have to be quite honest, To look at them, you'd never guess! So I have 2 of everything, And sometimes even more! So I guess it's another glitch again! I think I best keep score! So tis blind I'll go, oh golly! Just what is a girl to do? Except to learn how to type blind… So my words will still come through! So then there I am practicing, And you know what? It aint that bad! Cos here I am typing away! Without looking! Oh wow but I'm glad! Cos now I know that when I can't see, I can still write to my hearts content! And I guess with my type-talking program, PC's are Heaven sent!!! Hey! At least I won't have to pay out for glasses!!!
