With God

With God I am never in the dark,
No matter to where I may embark;
He gives the sun by day so bright,
And even the moon for at night.

With Him I hunger or thirst not,
Able to find whatever I sought;
Since He always meets my needs,
And confident to where He leads.

With God I never have any doubt,
In His Word what it is all about;
It is why I put my faith and trust,
Because I know it is fair and just.

With God I will never be alone,
To talk to Him I need not a phone;
I just find a quiet place to stay,
As I go unto my knees and pray.

With God I will never have fear,
For knowing that He is very near;
And after this life I be closer yet,
Being Heaven bound I will be set.
