ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE

The peace and quiet of you being gone
Is healing calm long after dawn
Has came and went
The time was spent

On friends and coffee time
Outside with the sunshine
That doesn't leave today
A warm that's here to stay

Until the moonlight glow
Gives souls the grace to know
The silence of the night
Where I sit right and write

The heartunes that come by
Drifting, a thousand butterflies
Across the blue sky in my mind
Forgetting to be kind

For having thoughts rapidly
Stop, now they are set free
I have housework to do
Move on to my goals, forget I knew...
