Taking it for GrantedForsaken Gratitude We take for granted the air, And every breath you take; That it shall always be there, And that it will never forsake. We take for granted the water, Having an abundance to drink; And as the days become hotter, That the supply will not shrink. We take for granted of the sun, Each and every day so bright; Not worrying as the day is done, Tomorrow will bring forth light. We take for granted every day, That our eyes are able to see; Allowing you to find your way, Exactly where you want to be. We take for granted many things, But seldom do we say thank you; To God and the grace He brings, The One we owe everything to.
