Interjection from GodInterestingly enough to say, While greeting another day; Fresh air after a stormy night, Lightning was giving a fright. Everything so clean and new, From my window that I view; It seem to wash away debris, As it were all pure what I see. I take the dog out for a walk, Another dog wants to talk; Not being such a friendly bark, We kept walking in the park. Amazed at the flowering trees, Blooming as I see the bees; Moving around to each one, Seems as if it never gets done. But I know they have a quest, Working to perform their best; The same for us God expects, To do well as He interjects. Richard Newton Sherrer Copyright ©2006 Richard Newton Sherrer Vote for this poem
