For Lisa McNight!Patience Is A Virtue! I believe in saying thank you! I believe in giving praise! So in this case, I really think, you should give Lisa McNight a raise! They say patience is a virtue, and yes, I must agree! Because patience was certainly needed, especially for me! I had a little glitch with NTL, well, I really should tell it true! I was up the wall; my head was wrecked, oh but yes, that's true! I had a real big shock today! When I went into my bank! Because NTL took money they shouldn't, and left my account blank! So instead of being in the black, I was thrown into the red! Well I was raging mad, it was a mess, this really should be said! Over the past few days I tried to sort it, but alas that wasn't to be! I spoke to one person, then another, oh dear, oh woe was me! So I found out today about my bank, and the charges I will incur… Well I must admit, I was livid; and it feels so terribly unfair! I've been 15 years or more at that bank, and never once in the red! But today I was totally upset, cos I should have been black instead! So NTL made a mess of my account, oh woe was me, oh what a mess, So once more I made a phone call to you! I had no choice, I guess! So I had statements all over the place, and paper here and there! With writing on this, writing on that, everything was a blur! So then I called NTL again, and didn't know where to start! So I started at the beginning; And told of my broken heart! And Lisa McNight came on the phone, And what a star she is! Because she sorted what no-one else did, She really did the biz! She has the patience of a Saint, Oh yes, that's true! So here is a poem, especially for her, Via of course, you! So Lisa came to the rescue! And gave me faith in you again! But I jest you not, and I tell you true! NTL is the sole one to blame! She had a mire of a mess to sort out, But sort it out she did too! So here is a special thank you Lisa, Because you really came through! So at the end of that chat, And the sorting the mess out, for goodness sake! I suggested to Lisa, we take pain killers… For our powerful headache! Did I tell you I'm a poet Lisa? No! Oooops', well I will tell it true! I have 2 major books on world wide sale! And I think I'll have to add you! Add you to the 3rd one, That's being released this year!
