Diabolical, Ooops, Diabetes!Well I've been diabetic for so long now, That I really can't think that far back! It's a good job I don't work for you! Cos with my memory, I'd soon get the sack! So I used to pay money to the organisation; That's the diabetic one, not to be confused! But alas, I was forgotten about… And I was feeling all bemused. I didn't know why my magazines stopped, For this I shall tell you true! I was still paying my fees, not that I minded; But I still decided to write to you. So I wrote you a letter, I wrote you a few, But never did I get one reply; I have to be quite honest here… If I wasn't so tough, I'm sure that I'd cry! So anyway, about my magazine, I'm afraid that I have to say; I don't know what's up in the diabetic world; And that doesn't make me feel ok! You see, I can't keep up on the news, If I don't get the magazine! Cos I need to know what's going on! If you see what I mean! So anyway, I stopped my direct debit, Cos no-one was talking to me! And I thought if I stopped the money, I'd have some contact sent to me… Now I didn't mind that you still took the money, But honestly, all I want to say… Is that; I really, really want that mag! And I just had to tell you today! It's just over 4 years you know, Since my magazines stopped coming to me, I think I must be so quiet and shy; Cos it's like I'm like a nonentity… Because of the letters I have sent; And explained about my plight; Have never been answered, nope, not once; And oh, how I lost my sleep at night! So please Mr or Mrs Person there; Can you shed some light for me? So that I can get my magazines back! Before; ‘two thousand and thirty three?' So in the meanwhile, I'll sit here and cry, And sob and wail and whine… And will wallow in my own self pity… Until the end of time! Or until I get my magazine back! Which is sorted! And if you live in the UK... And you're diabetic, and don't have the magazine; I would order them; they are informative and enlightening! They keep you updated on all aspects of diabetes; From eating healthy, to blood glucose monitors; To what's going on in the diabetic world today! They even have special offers on diabetic products!!
