Spring Cleaning

Spring has sprung,
As we put away;
Clothes that clung,
Many a wintry day.

The weather shifts,
As you feel the heat;
And your spirit lifts,
You off your feet.

Just as God assures,
Bringing expectation;
So our life endures,
Through tribulations.

Spring cleaning is for,
Not just for your home;
But also helps you cure,
Enticements as you roam.

When we spring clean,
Unto God through prayer;
Upon our soul a sheen,
In confessing as we share.
