This  Earthen  Vessel

                       This  earthen  vessel  I  occupy,
Was  not  made  to  last  forever,
It's  but  a  temporary  dwelling  place,
I  won't  need  in  His  new  heaven.

                      When  this  vessel  becomes  weak,
And  begins  to  sway  and  crumble,
                         Bid  me  not  a  carpenter,
To  preserve  it  a  little  longer.

The  master  has  built  for  me,
A  home  that  will  last  forever.

I hope  it's  not  goodbye,  I'll  be  biddin  you,
I  pray  that  we  meet  again,  in  Gods'
                            Beautiful  new  city.

He's  been  building  these  forever  homes,
For  more  than  two  thousand  years,
He'll  be  waiting  there  to  welcome  us,
                       To  the  marriage  supper.

So  it's  not  goodbye  at  all  "No"
                        It's  only  see  you  later.
