One Life's Pilgrimage

TIME WARP by Sonja

Time, the management tool,
created by necessity and imagination,
takes its' toll on the plans of men.
As the hours toll, time flies by.

There's always too much to do!

Eternity depends on him to defend Righteousness and Truth.
But survival requires him to work 50-60 hours per week.
Daily he must remember to kiss his wife and kids on the cheek.
His treadmill life weighs heavily on his adventurous,
protect-and-provide heart.

It is little wonder that some
just throw their ring in a drawer
and leave on their quest
to desperately find something they can seek for?

But no, have patience with the process.
Don't make everyone's life a mess.
Hang in their young men and follow the Godly Path.
And try, each day, to give your family a good laugh.

This stage of uncertainty will in ten years be past.
So arise, oh valiant ones.
Pray and be thankful for another day.
Seek a perfect brightness of hope.
Know a greater joy is on it's way.

Try your very best to soften and bend for,
in no time at all,
you will be full grown men.

Note:
This is written for my wonderful son-in-law.
He strives to be good.
I love him.
He makes my daughter, grandchildren, and me very happy.
