There's a convoluted coil
That I'm spinning up as I go
It's not buried in the soil
Out in the sky to a heaven I know
Because I climb it everyday
You talk back to me with an open mind
As I ascertain that your a state away
While in your wisdom I do find
Living---reaching out, a slow ride
Giving---to you a little at a session
Letting go of worries I hide
Letting you know I enjoy your lesson
Peace it's there in my soul
All I have to do is think of your face
Calm over me it does roll
With just the smiles you bring with your grace
I'm bound up the spiral wire
Where living is the reward of the ascent
Because my womanly soul is set on fire
By the kindest, truthful times you've spent
Listening to this failing heart in the quiet of the night
