Things happen to us in life,
That we would rather not have to face;
And many a thing in this very life,
Removes the smile and sadness will replace.
But as is life, we trundle on,
Doing the best that we can do,
And smile in the face of adversity,
And stay focused so we can get through!
We never know what's ahead of us,
Have no idea what we may have to do,
Things to deal with, pain to bear,
And hurt that cuts into the heart of you.
But for everything that comes to pass;
As you travel on your way,
You have to always look ahead,
And not dwell on the sadness of the day!
For looking to the past hurt wont help us,
We have to release the pain that we bear,
March on ahead, always ahead,
Never losing sigh of the fact; we are here!
Rather I would be here as I am,
For life is life, no matter what,
It's better than not being here at all!
So stay happy with what you've got!
Things will only ever get better,
For they can't be any worse than bad!
So shake off your blues, it's for you to chose,
Make life happy and not so sad.
And so the British Lung Foundation;
Is of a vital importance in life!
Fighting to keep the heal of others,
Who are dealing with personal strife!
And for every person that it helps,
Is one more smile that day!
For in taking all their troubles,
They also take their pain away!
And give people the chance to move on,
And live the life they wish to live,
So donations are always welcomed,
If you ever feel the need to give!
And if you can't then that's no worry,
For everyone has their cross to bear,
But for now, yes, for now;
