It is indeed a shame that a man can exist as a leach-while he expects his woman to go out win and cook the meat-as written in the Bible if a man does not work he should not eat, and to the man who will not support his own-well a fiery hell he shall meet!
And our backs break
For many of our men are slothful and irate
Conscious of none sides themselves
And so in a state of selfishness they dwell
We women mostly carry the load
And where would our race be without us
For we are the ones who break our backs
As we raise the children, we worry yet remain tough
We walk this earth it seems alone
Till one gets in close enough to seduce
Then here comes the lies and confusion
And the many issues of black female abuse
Why I scream Dear Father
Why must we suffer still of this curse
For slavery is not aggressively inflicted
Yet our nation suffers-from the time of birth
How can our men walk away
And leave their families in distress
How can a man lay around conceited and hateful
Less than his nature-- whorish and useless
I don't say this to all men
But to the masses who reflect
Those who break our hearts and destroy our minds
Those who will not support yet often neglect
And our backs break
For as woman we are left to tote the load
We are consumed in sorrow and anger
We do not live a full life-before we grow old
And our men continue to fail
Becoming victims and monkeys to the man
As we women pursue a decent existence
Without any loved one to hold our precious hands
Therefore I say this
To all my good mothers and lovely Queens
We shall continue to achieve and prosper
Regardless of the humility our men bring
And if these men will not stand up
Then they deserve not our precious time
As so we will resurrect our nation on our own
Protecting and recreating our male children's mind
We will teach them to love and honor woman
As we show them the proper way to become a man
And perhaps one day our daughters will be blessed
To accept the love and marriage of a suitable man's hand!
