FRIENDSHIP
Being a true friend is a wonderful thing,
Can cause you to dance, can make you sing;
If you feel alone and down in the dumps,
A buzz from a friend can give you goose bumps;
When a letter from a friend brings good news,
It can even have the effect of changing your views;
Not to mention the fact that good conversation
Cannot be beat with the right association;
True friends are people you can always trust,
Loyalty between friends is a definite must;
It's true, they love each other like brothers,
They also have deep respect for one another;
Genuine friendships will never end,
Though sometimes they might have to mend;
When real they won't completely shatter,
Cause we work hard at things that truly matter.
