A Guiding Faith
Misty rain upon my face,
Just like a sweet embrace;
As if God has endowed,
Blessings on me in a cloud.
Through a dense fog I go,
Hard to see but I know;
He guides me while I move,
Never doubting to behoove.
He is my light and my way,
That I journey every day;
Because He is fair and just,
I am willing to put my trust.
God guides me all day long,
Knowing I can not go wrong;
For my faith is in His Word,
Fortified by what I have heard.
So what the weather might be,
God opens my eyes for to see;
To arrive both safe and sound,
While in the air or on the ground.
