The Mysteries of Life
If we knew the mysteries of life,
Maybe then not as much strife;
For no matter which way we go,
Our mind would already know.
We would probably be more bold,
Already seeing the future unfold;
And knowing what is up ahead,
So able to take a detour instead.
Life then could really be a cinch,
Never worry of getting in a pinch;
With knowing what to say or do,
In harmonic relationships for you.
No longer having second guessed,
For deciding exactly what is best;
Since every decision will be right,
Never again for feeling contrite.
Then again you just might get bored,
If all avenues had been explored;
God leaves surprises along the way,
Making life interesting every day.
