WEDDING DAY WISH

To the new couple on your wedding day,
There are many positive, good things to say;
You've made your decision to bond together,
Loyal and true through all types of weather;

Good and fair days, some stormy and wild,
Hopefully, most will be pleasant and mild;
As soul mates, you must always be wary,
To keep the vows you make when you marry;

When placing a ring on his bride's finger,
A man seals all he promises to bring her;
She beams at him with a bright happy smile,
Saying, "I'm yours for a very long while."

You begin your walk together down the aisle,
Realizing this is just the very first mile;
You'll need each other more every day,
Must be best friends, it's the only way;

Shouldn't argue over who's right or wrong,
Marriage must always be healthy and strong;
All newlyweds like to settle down soon,
But first things first, a happy honeymoon!
