A Spring Emergence #1
The flowers grow in my garden
I tend to them, with loving care,
Turn my back for just a second
The next, fairies are dancing there.
They dance from flower to flower
Enjoying the splendid beauty,
They stop and the smell different fragrances
I continue on, with my gardening duties.
The fairies visit me every spring
To help my garden grow,
I sit and sip coffee on my porch steps
While the fairies dance to and fro.
They are happy to help out
Each time spring comes around,
They blow me a kiss and wave goodbye
I smile at the beauty which surrounds.
