I frolic in the deep deep bliss
of something more obtuse than this
a lover's glance, a passing kiss,
the times we missed, yet reminisced
in would have could have beens-

Not Stoic, No! The way back whens,
when friends were friends, did all depend
if one could spend or could not spend
a nickel at the 5 and 10-

Things where so much simpler then.
