Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

You set my mind on fire

With your words,
You set my mind on fire.
I could live with your
Thought for several days.
You don't spit your
Words at me, you calmly
Lay them upon my shoulders,
Like a blanket, to keep me cozy.
You keep me warm with
Your smile, you keep the
Smile upon my very face with
Your stories, and adoration of
Music. You send worry to me.
You split me open, and see
What I never knew was there.
You see the scars but,
You also see past them.
You see me. You never
Throw your anger to me,
But rather, you lay it out
On the table for further
Observation. Why can't I get
You out of my head?
Whereas no one knows me
At all, you know me all too well.

*Can you tell I'm in love, the poems I've been producing lately have been quite fluffy. A bit of advice from yours truly: Never fall in love with your best friend, as it might not work out so well in the end. Not that it hasn't worked out at all for me but nothing, yet, has happened as I'm pretty sure he doesn't know how I really feel about him... Oh well. That's life. But, probably only mine.
