A Perfect Walk
He walks while keeping us in His sight
Walking in the Heavens lit with His Light.
Looking upon us with loving eyes,
Gazing right through the starry skies.
And as He walks…what will He see?
Will He see us listening attentively?
Listening to Wisdom's beckoning call
To wake up the others so they don't fall …
While He walks, will He find us making a stand…
Standing on the Gospel while hand in hand?
When we walk will it always be near His side
And found in His grace and there abide?
We must walk in the Spirit and stand fast
Until the moment, we breathe our last
Then we'll walk into His garden and finally see
Our smiling Redeemer who set us free.
