LAMBS AT PLAY
~LAMBS AT PLAY~
I saw a lovely sight today
Baby lambs in the field at play,
They jumped around from here to there
Could see they didn`t have a care.
Their Mother kept a watchful eye
In case her baby gave a cry,
Oblivious they leapt about
They played `til they were tired out.
Their Mother gave a loud `bleat, bleat`,
They came to her they were so fleet,
They wagged their little stumpy tail
A call for food never did fail.
"Come closer, snuggle in you two"
They looked up and said `I Love Ewe`.
