Spider In The Shower

I hopped in the shower
So I could get clean,
These beady little eyes
Were staring back at me.

There was no way I was going to take a shower
With that spider there,
That dang critter wouldn't leave me alone
So I could wash my hair.

I turned the water off
And he started climbing down the shower wall,
I was going to get that darn spider
Even if it took me til fall.

I took a piece of paper
Off the toilet roll,
I was going to kill him
And flush him down the toilet bowl.

I tried to squash it
But it climbed down the web,
I tried a second time
And then he wound up dead.
