IF YOU SAID HOW TRUE IS YOUR LOVE
>
"Of what does a true kiss consist?
Ambrosia on which gods subsist,
Tremendous heat which sun can't give,
God's heaven in one moment lived."
From "Composition Of A Kiss"
by Abelardo Subido

IF YOU SAID HOW TRUE IS YOUR LOVE
I would have to answer
Is there a heaven above?
Do you have more then a lifetime to spare,
Can time be measured or weigh on a scale?
You said how deep is your love
I have to say!
Can the ocean depth be any greater
You ask how real is your love?
Do birds sing do seasons change
Does the sun rise,
At sunsets gives ways to the moonlight!
You say all this is wonderful in good times
How about through bad times?
Will your love stand and remain
I would have to reply,
Do flowers bloom after the rain
Does the grass get greener?
In the midst of the storm
Does the world seize to ex hist,
Does it not withstands until it passes!
Then you say how do I know for sure your love is real?
Many say they love you and break you heart!
Then I have to say see with your eyes of the soul
Have faith in fate dare to open your heart and dream,
Never let a chance to be loved pass you by!
You will feel it see it and know when it is real
You cant; see the wind but you can feel it,
You know it's intensity strength when it blows,
Trust in me like i trust in you!
You will know then my love how deep and how true
For true love can;t be weigh nor measured!
You have to give love,
To feel and know the miracle of real love
I promise to hold to cherish,
To forever more,
Through good and bad times treasure.
