Poetry For Everyday People

Apples Falling

The moon cries
tonight

and I catch it's tears,
a dark night for two,
a chair underneath
memories, a conversation
without words, we communicate
with up most respect,

wise souls in nights mystery,
as ghosts whisper clues,
we've known each other,
long as time, old friends
confessing without judgment,

the moon cries
tonight

and I tell it
blue cool baby

we'll make it
like always.
