"THESE FOLKS"

It took me over one and a half years
To get up the nerve to drown my fears
That both of you told me were demented
The first time I show up, I'm relented

Told you we needed to see each other
You kept saying "no" as you live with another
Told me I'm not welcome there
Because I'm not willing to share

You with her ever again
I was supposed to be your woman, her your friend
She's selfish and living with you is her lie
I'm giving and I couldn't give her my guy.
