 The Unfairness Of Angels

The Mod Father

I am the Mod father
Hotter than a volcanoes Lava
I smoke cigars
I wear lives scars
I have travelled to many places
Whilst humming, ‘The Small Faces'

I am a warrior of modern societies
I have seen the wood through the trees
Been brought to my knees
But I am a gentleman who still says please
I've beaten many a foe, black and blue
Whilst listening to, ‘The Who'

I like a womans love, more than her touch
And i have lost more than enough
I admitt i have broken down in tears
And have found comfort in too many beers
Listening to my 12inch records
Of my Ska, like. 'The Specials'
I am the Mod father

I have developed into a worldly man
Listening to my records of, ‘The Jam'
I know have a lot more further to go
But I am safe in the knowledge that I know
I am the Mod Father.
