Take my strength for I have so much;
Use my shoulders for your problems,
Use me, for I am your crutch!
I am an invisible friend on your shoulder,
The one you lean on when you feel pain,
I am the forever-friend you can trust,
And if you need me; I'm there once again!

With a spring in your step, move forward,
