Satan is very active in the world today.
He is crafty and deceptive in every way.
There are three methods Satan uses to lure us on his side:
He makes it appealing to our eyes, fleshly needs, and pride.
The closer we follow Jesus, the more Satan will try to attack.
Study and memorize God's Word; it will keep you on track.
This quote says it so simple and clear, putting Satan in his place:
"When my nose is in the Bible, Satan stays out of my face."
Satan will try to keep us from spending time in His Word.
The Bible is powerful and Satan will flee at the moment it is heard.
Discouragement has been a tool of the enemy for ages.
But God's Word tells us to "be strong and courageous."
We can do this by being filled with the Spirit, which is a daily choice.
It is through denying ourselves and allowing Him to be our voice.
We all can make a difference in the world in which we live.
It starts with a willing heart, when our lives to Him we give.
James 4:7 (NIV)
"Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil,
and he will flee from you."
Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous.
Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the
LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
