You tell me you get upset
When I sit alone and write
But this is my moment of peace
I enjoy my alone time
No I'm not upset
It's nothing against you
It's not that you bore me
This is what I do
I like to be alone sometimes
Just my paper and my pen
I sit alone with my thoughts
And write from within
Don't yell at me and get upset
This is my work of art
I write it, I title it, I sign it
It all comes from my heart
My life is in my writings
My happiness, my fears
My life up until now
My heartaches and my tears
One masterpiece after another
More thoughts from within
As long as I'm alive
My masterpiece will never end
When you take the time to read it
You take a part of me
You want to know who I am
Just read through my masterpiece
