I Now Know
I Now Know
My eyes have seen the light
I thought I was on my way
but God had a surprise
he once laid me on my back
there I finally looked up
and I realized for me
he died on Calvary
I answered to His call,
in my heart he was always there after all
He saved my sould with his righteousness
oh how glad I experienced that night!
when I seen the writing as clear as day
He is my compass who leads me on my way
When days are dark and I feel lost,
He leads me through all rough waters
His love holds no cost
I only thought I cared until I accepted Him
now I know what I was missing!
as I continue to struggle in this human body
He shows me the ways in which to grow
pressing on with my faith
it's the one thing I now know.
