UNBLESSED HE

Sinner as I am
Can be so hateful
Not give a damn
Show I'm ungrateful

Because a man
Will never stand
As high as God
I know I'm odd

For telling you
The things I think and do
It isn't easy
Being sleazy

Then being serious
It's more of a curse
Pulling me apart
Go to the words in my heart

Realize I could go
So I better know
There's better feelings to ascertain
Than the jealously, anger and rage in your brain

When unblessed is he
To all of me
He can be grateful that God's rules
When my intermittent uncools

Take me away
To the black of the day
As he's unblessed there
Not with me to share

The bottom of my sea where Pisces goes
Where the mermaid girl in me knows
That  up there is the woman she longs to stay
Back here at the surface to flirt and play

With him there being blessed on the shore
Where I can come up to see he's more
Than just that old ladies male concubine
He's a fisher of men and he's fine.
