Soul Me
Soul Me
She's warm, placid
Sweet and kind
Not like the others
Has her own mind
Independent, got her own
Don't ask for much
Able to endure the storm
When she's down on her luck
She's prompt, consistent
Goes by the clock
She's as close to the bottom
As she is to the top
Her friends call her assertive
A lady with class
She says she's traditional
With morals of past
She has a compassion for people
No regards to race, color, or creed
She'd reach out to assist
In your hour of need
Now that I've shared the inner
Soul of me
PoeticLovette loves to write
It's her sanctuary.
