Me and my Skanky met one fine day,
And that was the day happiness came to stay!
I saw him as he jumped into the pool,
He looked so nice, in fact he looked cool!
And I watched him swim to and fro;
As I sat on the lounger, only he didn't know!
I saw him glide through the water that morn;
But didn't know that a new day would dawn!
As I lay on that lounger he walked to the pool,
As relaxed as you could be, yep, he was cool!
He told me as he entered he looked to the side,
Saw me laying there, had a smile he couldn't hide.
As he swam in the pool he kept looking at me,
But I didn't know that, for I couldn't see!
I had on my shades, and he said he lost his heart,
Caution to the wind, he knew we'd never part!
So both of us were watching the other that day,
Not knowing that we'd fall in love that way!
But the spark was there, it certainly was true;
And how we got on, like two people should do!
Both of us shy, I guess that's pretty neat,
Cos this fella here sure swept me off my feet!
But he was swept too, only I didn't know that!
And when he finally told me, you could have knocked me flat!
We met every day on the holiday after that first meet;
And like I say, he swept me off my feet!
But I am a man-hater, because I had been so sad,
I didn't want a man in my life, for my life had been bad!
But this fella here, I have to admit right now,
Is not like any man I know, and oh, but just how!
He has the sweetest smile I'm ever likely to see,
And I melt in my heart when he looks at me!
I go all of a flutter when I see him wink my way,
Oh but just like that, he melts my heart right away!
He has the bluest eyes I have ever seen!
And if you could see them, you'd know what I mean!
And when they look into mine his heart's on show to me!
So every time I look at him; its pure love that I see!
I awake from sleep at times and he's lying there;
Looking into my sleeping face, full of love and care!
His eyes are pools of love; so pure and sweet,
Yes, his love for me knocked me off my feet.
I see him come towards me, and I melt right there!
Oh but this is my man so fine, who I adore, love and care!
And from now and forevermore we will always stay!
From we take our special vow, on our wedding day!
Holiday romance! They said it wasn't true…
So I say to them; ‘well just look at us two!'
