DEATH DEFYING
As I lay here in this cold dark damp grave
Up in heaven the Lord my soul will save,
I will live in my new home in the sky
Where I will watch over you from on high.
Though I no longer exist here on earth
I will still love you for all I am worth,
Our different worlds won`t stop me loving you
Although the roads we both take may be new.
You have to live on and I`ll be your guide
I will always be there right by your side,
Unseen maybe, but always in your heart
That will ensure that we will never part.
You`re never alone so don`t ever fear
I will be there to dry your every tear,
I`ll pull back the clouds and let the sun shine
You`ll recall how I used to call you mine.
