Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
Reciting words into the mirror
Oh precious, precious you.
A black heart barely beating
Beneath a shield of over-sensitivity.
By hurting yourself,
You've hurt everyone else.
That may not have been your
Intention, but intentions come
Faster than a premature ejaculator,
With little or no warning,
And a load (no pun intended) of embarrassment.
Look how you think you can
Change, do you see how fast
You've failed? Or are you blind
To your stupidity,
Which everyone else can see?
Are you still a dreamer?
Are you still a wisher, a prayer,
A person of hope in a hopeless situation?
Are you still lingering?
You're trapped, never allowed to leave,
A puppet of God and,
Nothing will ever change.
