I really must write you,
But what can I say?
I'm feeling serene,
It's a beautiful day,
The sun has been shining,
Its rays in my room,
I really must write you,
And hear from you soon,
I'll pour out my feelings,
You'll read each new line,
You have no need for worry,
For all will be fine,
You know that I love you,
I've told you so often,
And I say it again,
So it won't be forgotten,
It's true that I miss you,
You're so far away,
I still think of you,
At the end of each day,
And with each bright new morning,
My thoughts go your way,
I really must write you,
