There are 2 guys, the devils pawns terrifying the Phoenix area. 1 named the Baseline rapist, the other Phoenix serial killer. Both strike at night on people walking alone.
The rapist has now turned to killing his victims after savage rapes, the killer
randomly shoots victims walking or at bus stops. 37 victims with more being added as DNA evidence stacks up to link them to other murders in the outer parts of the city, including 5 dogs and 3 horses.
