~Rainstorm~
Darkness comes early
Clouds, black and angry
Moving very fast
in all directions
The thunder starts
Startling all within its reach
Children frightened, cry
Animals run and hide
Lightening flashes!
lighting the dark sky
In jagged rushing streaks
Elecrical magic
Thunder, Lightening
Taking turns, frightening
Then the rain comes
Huge angry drops
Pelting down
with no mercy
Trees topple
Flowers close
As heaven opens wide
Showing its anger
At all gone wrong
At all that is lost
As the Aries battle
for their space
Flooding streets
Trapped souls
As the rainstorm
Rages its unhappiness
At what might have been
