Heart Of The Matter

The Muse, She Has Spoken

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

The muse, she has spoken,
Her tales she will tell,
She will take you to heaven,
She will take you to hell,

She will show you the cosmos,
You'll fly on her wings,
She will show you a myriad,
Of all sorts of things,

She will feed you with knowledge,
She's gleaned from the past,
A friend or a lover,
Someone who will last,

She will show you a rainbow,
You'll bathe in its hue,
Her tears in the night,
Will be your morning dew,

You will drink from her nectar,
Her love you'll desire,
You will bend to her pleasure,
And burn in her fire,

She will soothe you with oils,
She'll extract from a tree,
She will unlock your heart,
That so longs, to be free,

She will banish the demons,
That dance in the dark,
You will wake in the morn,
To the song of a lark,

The muse, she has spoken,
Her secrets to you,
You must write them on parchment,
And put them on view.
