Silent Love

A symphony blasts within my heart,
yet no sound is heard.
Your name resonates in tapping rhythm,
yet my feet are still.
I burst with pride at your victories,
but my hands rest idle at my sides.
Love silently explodes within me,
never again allowed its sweet release.
So, I quietly watch and listen,
unable to bear my cruel fate,
resigned to forever silently love you
from afar.
