THE MARSHALL

Marshal's going to arrest me
Lock me up in his jail
Do his law-abiding best to contest me
Leave me behind these bars inside this cell

Here I will be with someone
As they guard me outside my cage
Although, it might not be all fun
Calms the animal of me in rage

Pacing in my mind
For what I won't get
Being cruel and unkind
Because I do not fit

Into the box
You share with another
Marshall's the keys to the locks
That will come on and smother

The lawlessness in the criminal
The restlessness as I am here alone
That anxiety will be at a minimal
When the Marshall's here, incarcerating me at home...
