It's no use crying over spilt milk!
Cos it won't do any good you see,
All it is, is a waste of time,
So no more winging from me!
All you can do is mop it up,
Can't put it back in the bottle whence it came,
And it's a waste of energy to mope around,
There is nothing at all to gain!
If you put the milk back in the bottle,
It will never be the same,
So mop it up, let it go…
And start afresh once again!
Once it's spilt it's ruined,
It becomes soiled and contaminated too,
So let it go, mop it up…
Move on and put it all behind you!
You can't change it, you can't alter…
The things that have turned out bad,
And if you cry for the milk that's ruined,
You will only feel sad and bad!
No-one wants a sour-puss…
Life is not about sadness you see…
But more the opposite of that…
It's full of happiness we should be!
So let go the hurt and pain,
And move forward into the light,
And just like me, there you'll be…
With sadness so out of sight!
I will never cry over spilt milk anymore,
Because there isn't any point you see!
We can't put it back in the bottle…
Cos it's never the same...so let it be!
So I mopped up and moved on...Period!
