Distancing between here and there
Patience wearing thin with care Pretending not noticing pain felt Whatever daily activities is dealt As always everyday is different New responsibility as a parent Challenges of life upgraded harder Learning education in life smarter That tomorrow leads more interest Today we practice coming our best No matter where our lives lead to There's barriers to pass through Circling mind stress of the day Final conclusions relieve weigh Turmoils of life felt on inside Thought sunk deep enough to hide It becomes quickly realized wonder When dwelling occupies deep under Lessons start early as possible Right on from very first nibble Every lesson learned accordingly Teaches to learn correspondingly Different ages mark advances First steps lead all chances Complaining only gets nowhere Use tact when talking anywhere © 2000 Tina Hisola Vote for this poem
